We like to keep our shop like a tight drum, always on beat. We have separate stations for each tech to work cleanly on your car as it passes through several stages during its short stay with us. - The first step is we make introductions and write up a free estimate to get us started.
- Your car or project gets assigned to a certified technician. They, along with the estimator and parts manager, get together to lay out everything so we don't miss a thing. Parts are ordered and inspected for quality. - The damaged parts are removed and the body work and frame repair are completed at this stage as well as all primers and sealers are applied. - The car is quality controlled and sent to prep. |
- Every part is sanded down, masked, taped to protect from overspray, then sent into one of two of our high tech ventilated spray booths.
- Spray cards and an ultra accurate paint match camera, with the help of a set of experienced eyes, make for the perfect match. - All parts are trimmed and painted underneath, along with clear coated to make a perfect finish every time. - The last step of this stage is to wait for paint to dry..... and we all know how fun that is. - Paint is inspected for runs, drips, and blemishes and parts are sent to the assembly line. |

- Your car gets put back together! At this stage, all new parts and other parts taken off of the car go back on for a perfect fit.
- Mechanical work, like alignment and suspension, are finished and all engine codes are diagnosed. - The car is test driven if involved in a major collision to check for wind noise and if anything doesn't quite seem right. - If all check's out and we like what we see, we will send it to the detail line to get a fresh wash. |
- We like to pay close attention to detail and every car we work on we clean on us.
- First, we wash with rain-repellent shampoo, try to remove any gross bugs, and all windows are cleaned and shined. - We vacuum all cars inside and out in the trunk and under the hood. - Wheels and tires are shined up and glossed with rubber and vinyl protection. - The car is sent out to the front to be quality controlled at its final clean state. |
5. Convenient Delivery
- Whoohoo! We made it to the delivery stage where we would like to get your ride back to you and make you a customer for life.
- We will call and schedule with you when the best time to come pick up your car, inspect all repairs, and your total amount owed.
- Upon delivery, you can expect us to go over the estimate and any repairs done.
- We will address any and all questions/concerns at this time.
- We will take care of the rental car and let you drive off a happy customer!
